Hi,
I am David Gessner. Handmade Maple Pens is my business here in Guilford, VT. I settled in Vermont after long and satisfying career in medical science and business, always with an entrepreneurial bent. Now I am putting my life's experience and love of craft and wood together to create useful objects of beauty.
I perform all of the work of manufacture myself as well as the administration of the business. It is a joy for us to see a beautiful object emerge from rough material. It is equally joyous to see the pleasure people derive from giving and using my products.
