Q: Do you make all of your pens yourselves?
A: Yes, I have a complete woodshop with all of the necessary tools and materials to complete all of the woodworking, finishing and assembly operations myselfs. I purchase the metal parts and writing components from high quality sources.
Q: Where can I get refills and replacement ink cartridges?
A: I stock parts for all of my products and you can order them from me. All of my products use industry standard writing components which are widely available at stationery and office supply outlets.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page by clicking on CONTACT on the main menu. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
